Product Description: Evrin is a focused media conversion utility designed exclusively for offline Live Photo creation. Users can upload local video files, complete one-click format conversion, generate high-fidelity Live Photos and export finished files to device albums. The whole conversion process is completed locally to assist users in completing personalized dynamic picture production easily.

Precondition & Age Eligibility Statement

This video-to-Live-Photo conversion service is restricted to adult users aged 18 and above only. Persons under the age of eighteen are prohibited from accessing this application, uploading video materials and using all conversion functions. The platform has no intention to serve minors and will never collect any data related to underage users. Any unauthorized usage by minors shall result in immediate function restriction, and all corresponding legal liabilities shall be borne solely by the user and their legal guardians.

When do you agree to this policy? Downloading the application, uploading videos and triggering conversion tasks mean that you fully understand and voluntarily accept all terms of this privacy policy. Please stop using the service immediately if you disagree with any clause.

1. Data Processing Overview

We strictly abide by the data minimization principle stipulated by mainstream privacy laws including GDPR and CCPA. We only process two types of data required to support Live Photo conversion functions, and never collect redundant sensitive information such as portrait data, identity credentials and location information:

1.1 User Original Media Content

All video files actively uploaded by users and Live Photo files generated after format conversion. All media content is the exclusive property of the user, and the operator only obtains temporary local processing authority without any additional ownership.

1.2 Desensitized Diagnostic Data

Anonymous running data generated during application operation, including device model, program crash records and abnormal operation feedback. Such data cannot locate individual users and is only used for internal fault debugging and version iteration.

2. Processing Authorization & Usage Boundary

Users grant the operator a limited, task-only and revocable data processing authorization. The authorization scope is limited to parsing video formats, executing Live Photo conversion commands and realizing local preview and export functions. We clearly stipulate that without the user’s written explicit authorization, no user media content shall be used for commercial marketing, data sales, AI model training and other extended scenarios.

3. Local-Only Processing & Storage Rules

Evrin adopts a full local processing architecture with zero cloud participation throughout the whole process. The application does not develop any cloud storage, cloud synchronization, remote cache and server uploading functions. All video analysis, format transcoding and Live Photo rendering operations are completed independently on the user’s local mobile device.

The operator cannot access, view, copy or back up users’ uploaded videos and converted Live Photos in any way. Users can delete source videos and dynamic pictures at any time. All deletion operations are irreversible, and the platform does not have the ability to recover deleted local media files for users.

4. User Independent Rights

Users have absolute and independent control over all media content: freely upload and delete original video materials before conversion; preview and export converted Live Photos to local album; restrict diagnostic data collection permissions; revoke data authorization and permanently deregister accounts. The platform will never charge any fees for users to exercise the above legitimate rights.

5. Third-Party Data Isolation Clause

This application adopts a closed-loop operating environment and completely isolates from all external third-party platforms. There is no built-in third-party tracking SDK, data sharing interface and advertising component. We will never share, rent or sell user’s original videos and generated Live Photos to any third-party enterprises, organizations and individuals under any circumstances.

Data disclosure is only permitted under legal mandatory scenarios, including responding to valid judicial rulings and administrative investigation orders issued by authorized national competent departments.

6. User Usage Obligations

Users shall comply with global network security laws and copyright protection regulations when using our conversion service. It is prohibited to upload and convert illegal, violent, pornographic and copyright-infringing video resources. All legal risks, civil compensation and administrative penalties caused by users’ illegal behaviors shall be independently undertaken by the user.

7. Policy Iteration & Dispute Resolution

The operator reserves the right to update and optimize this privacy policy according to functional upgrades and legal policy adjustments. The updated version will be displayed on the privacy page inside the application with the latest update date marked. Continued use of the service after the update takes effect will be regarded as acceptance of the revised clauses.

All disputes shall be resolved through priority email negotiation. If the negotiation fails, both parties agree to submit the dispute to the judicial authority of the operator’s registered location for final adjudication.
